Our Story
Lynnko Bakery began with a simple goal: making the softest, most delicious bread for our two daughters.
Inspired by a love for Japanese shokupan, founder Lin spent five years traveling throughout Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and Shanghai, learning from master bakers and world champions to perfect the craft. Today, we combine premium Japanese flour with carefully selected California ingredients to create over 30 flavors of filled toast and specialty breads.
What started as homemade bread shared with family and friends quickly grew into a beloved local bakery. Over the past two years, we have been incredibly grateful for the support of our customers. From families shipping our bread across the country to loyal customers who reserve their favorite loaves every week, your stories inspire us every day.
We believe great bread brings people together, and we are committed to baking every loaf with care, quality, and love.
